God Is Working Right Now
Hey Family, I have been deeply blessed in these last weeks of January to see the hand of God move in miraculous ways. These great works in some ways were big and bold answers to prayer, but in the same breath, He has shown me His glory and power through subtle moments that could easily go unnoticed by the untrained heart and eye. Question of the Day: How is God working in your life in this season?
Scripture
Isaiah 43:16-19 NIV
"[16] This is what the Lord says— he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters, [17] who drew out the chariots and horses, the army and reinforcements together, and they lay there, never to rise again, extinguished, snuffed out like a wick: [18] “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. [19] See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."
Today's Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for the things of old that you have done that were and are the building blocks of the faith that we profess today. But we also bless your holy name for the great and mighty works that you are doing right now that increase and sustain our faith. Truthfully, we shouldn't have needed another work to bolster our faith since Your Son, Jesus Christ, died on the cross for our sins, but to show us Your great love You sent the Holy Spirit in His place to work in and through us. Hallelujah, thank you, Jesus! May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight, my Rock and my Redeemer. Amen.
