Laboring for the Lord - 9/7/20

Hello my brothers and sisters in Christ, today is Labor Day, for some of you that means business as usual and for others that gives you the opportunity to chill out. Either way, the Lord calls us to never stop laboring for Him in the pursuit of spreading the Gospel and bring glory and honor to His Kingdom.

TODAY'S PRAYER:
"Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for the opportunity to continue bring glory, honor and praise to You regardless of the day. Lord we recognize that we let opportunities slip between our fingers that could have been pivotal in making an additional relationship with or in spurring someone forward towards tremendous growth in their faith with You. For that, we apologize and take ownership of our mistakes. But in response to that, today we ask that You create in us a powerful sense of love, passion, strength and concientiousness to intentionally be or become messengers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In Jesus Christ name we pray, Amen!"

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”
Romans 1:16‭-‬17 NIV

This labor of love for the Lord is not to win attention or money guys. This is about winning and saving yours, mine, and the people of the world's souls for ALL OF ETERNITY. The Lord loves you to no end, and wants to spend eternity with you in the end, however it's up to us to make the necessary relationship happen day in and day out to achieve this goal. Remember this as you labor and as you rest. Have a blessed day! 🙂
