Big Things Done With Little - 10/6/20

BIG THINGS DONE WITH LITTLE
Hello family, today I want to about how God makes the impossible possible in all of life's arenas. He breaks down impenetrable walls and opens extremely secured doors of this world. But more on this after we talk to the Father.

TODAY'S PRAYER
"Dear Heavenly Father, today we come to you thankful for how you literally do the humanly impossible each and every day. You defy the odds, and show us that in You and You alone, there is true power. All of us at one point or another have thought that we could do life on our own strength and we have all been sorely mistaken. For that we come to You in repentance for our arrogance and pride. Lord, help us realize your strength in our weakness, since it is the perfect canvas for it. Leads us in the ways of humility, as well as being bold and even boastful in all that You are and do! Lord, we give You this day, in Jesus Christ name we pray, AMEN."

SCRIPTURE
Matthew 15:29‭-‬39 NIV
"Jesus left there and went along the Sea of Galilee. Then he went up on a mountainside and sat down. Great crowds came to him, bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid them at his feet; and he healed them. The people were amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled made well, the lame walking and the blind seeing. And they praised the God of Israel. Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I have compassion for these people; they have already been with me three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away hungry, or they may collapse on the way.” His disciples answered, “Where could we get enough bread in this remote place to feed such a crowd?” “How many loaves do you have?” Jesus asked. “Seven,” they replied, “and a few small fish.” He told the crowd to sit down on the ground. Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, and when he had given thanks, he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and they in turn to the people. They all ate and were satisfied. Afterward the disciples picked up seven basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The number of those who ate was four thousand men, besides women and children. After Jesus had sent the crowd away, he got into the boat and went to the vicinity of Magadan. "

THE MESSAGE
You family, Jesus is calling us to greater faith. Greater faith than the disciples who walked by His side and saw Him do great wonders in-person. Greater faith than the person or people who helped instill and develop faith in Christ in you. He has and always will call us to more honor, more praise, more love, and more faith in Him. My question to you is, "What do you hear the Lord specifically calling you to have or do more of?"

Have a blessed day! 🙂
