Courageous and Christ-Centered

Hey Family, today the Lord dropped in my spirit the topic of conversation that gets to the point, but implemented with grace and love. So often in our daily lives we find ourselves in a plethora of conversations and I'm willing to bet that some portion of those conversations are awkward, difficult, frustrating and some are just plain infuriating, so we choose not to have them. But as believers, who look towards Christ's example, we have been entrusted and called to have those less than desirable conversations and handle them with love, grace, peace, maturity and without unnecessary delay. My question to you is, "How do you handle your hard conversations?"

Today's Prayer 

"Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of conversation, it's what keeps us connected and draws us deeper into relationship with You and those around us. That being said, Lord, we need You to get us over the hump of awkward, troublesome, procrastinated conversations that could have been handled promptly and with precision. For You did not give us the spirit of timidity as it says in 2 Timothy 1:7, but rather power, love, and self-discipline. To God be the glory in all things, big and small, Amen!"

Conversations That Bring Glory
