Full of Gratitude

Hey Family, today as you can probably tell from the title, I am indeed full of gratitude. The Lord has shown Himself to be faithful to me and my family in our darkest and stormiest days and has brought us to a place rest (at least before Titus comes lol). As we make our way through another week, let us to respond to our Lord and Savior with gratitude, because we can count on the fact that either He is sustaining us through a storm or bringing us out of one.

Today's Prayer

"Dear Heavenly Father, today I praise your name, because You are our oasis in the desert, our mighty fortress, and and our saving grace. You give rest to the weary and Your power and strength is seen best in our weakness. Whether we are in the valley or on the mountain top, please Lord, help us to fix our gaze to You and bring you all the glory, honor, and praise. In Jesus Christ beautiful name we pray, Amen."

He Will Not Forsake Us

Isaiah 41:17‭-‬18 ESV

"When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue is parched with thirst, I the Lord will answer them; I the God of Israel will not forsake them. Our Weakness = God's Strength

2 Corinthians 12:7‭-‬10 ESV

"So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited. Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
