Resting in the Father's Arms

Hey Family, last night as I was about to go to bed and then again this morning, a powerful image of me resting in the Father's Arms came to mind. Then this thought came to mind: God gives us the utmost protection we need, so that we would spend less time worrying about our Earthly needs and more time pursuing Him, making disciples, and spreading the gospel to bring glory and honor to His Kingdom. He gives us this hope, security, and power to complete His will.

Today's Prayer

"Dear Heavenly Father, today we praise Your Holy name and we have unshakable faith that we can trust in Your glorious might and shielding grace to sustain us each day. We know that Your power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Cor.12:9), so let us humble ourselves to the point of complete vulnerability with the One knows you and knit you from within the womb (Jer.1:5). And Lord, even though we may sometimes fret about the temporary trials and tribulations of this life, we can rest easy knowing full well that You will be faithful to the end. In Christ Jesus we pray, Amen."
