The Blood of Christ - 7/10/20

Hey family, today I want to talk about the most powerful, fascinating, and phenomenal blessing that we as humans could ever experience, and the reason why it claims those titles are because it's true power and in the aspect that we cannot obtain it on our own by any Earthly means. You see, the power of the blood of Jesus Christ cleansed us once and for all, creating an unprecedented era of no longer needing Earthly sacrifices that created only outward cleanliness. 

Hebrews 9:13‭-‬14 NIV

"The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean. How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!"

So, as Christ bridges the gap between Earth and Heaven's throne room with the shedding of His blood, He proves Himself to be the greatest mediator all of creation has ever known. And He does this not only bringing in the new age of direct communication with the Lord and the cleansing of our sins, but also gives us true and everlasting salvation through Him. Now, when our souls from our Earthly bodies, those who have given up their lives to lead a life of Christ  get to spend it in eternity with our Lord and Savior in Heaven! Hallelujah, Thank you Jesus!

Hebrews 9:15 NIV

"For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant."
